The social media communication style has become all the rage in the business world in the last several years, and for good reason. Companies are recognizing its value because it is obvious that people enjoy communicating this way.
Social media giants like Twitter and Facebook have been making large inroads towards securing more business adopters in recent years. Many companies are feeling the pressure to get on the bandwagon, lest they be left in their competitors' dust.
While the importance of social media to external clients is being communicated to businesses, little is being said about using this same style of communication internally. Many companies, of all sizes, could benefit from implementing this engaging style of communication for their employees.
